How long does delivery take for physical keepsakes?
Because every single keepsake is custom-designed and carefully packaged, our standard lead time is generally 5-7 business days, however we do offer a rushed order option at an additional fee of R250.00. This bumps your order to the front of the queue and is dispatched within 48 hours.
How do I scan the QR code?
Most modern smartphones can scan QR codes using the built-in camera.
– Open your phone’s Camera app.
– Point the camera at the QR code.
– Wait for the link or notification to appear.
– Tap the notification to open your memories.
If your phone does not support camera scanning, you can use any free QR code scanner app from your device’s app store.
Do you edit, cut, or merge my videos and photos for the vault?
No, we do not edit or alter your files. All media is uploaded exactly as you send it to us. Please ensure your videos are pre-cut to your favorite highlights and your photos are ready for upload before submitting them.
Do I have to create an account to order?
Not at all! You can check out as a guest in just a few clicks. All we need is your contact details and billing information at checkout, so we can get in touch with you when we need to.
