We offer reliable, nationwide delivery options anywhere in South Africa. Because we use trusted network-to-network services alongside standard couriers, you can choose the most convenient and cost-effective way to receive your custom keepsake.

Our Delivery Methods & Costs

Crucial Note on Timelines: Because every keepsake is custom-designed, our delivery timelines strictly rely on prompt design approval from your end. If there are delays in uploading your media or approving your digital layout proof, your delivery date will shift accordingly.

1. Physical Keepsake Options

We offer a flat-rate standard courier delivery fee of R125.00, directly to your physical doorstep (residential or business address) utilizing our courier network. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days for physical keepsakes.

*Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery to regional or outlying areas.

2. Digital-Only Delivery (No Shipping Fees)

If you choose the Digital Print product, the standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

  • The Process: You don’t need to wait for a courier. Once you approve your digital proof, your final high-resolution, print-ready file containing your active QR code will be delivered directly to your email inbox within 24 hours.

All order timelines are dependent on swift design approval from your side.

How the Process Works:

  1. Place Your Order: Select your product and complete your secure payment at checkout.
  2. Upload Your Media: You will be automatically redirected to our secure media upload page to upload your photos, video clips, and voice notes.
  3. Approve Your Design): We create a digital layout mockup of your design and email it to you. Production of physical products only begins once you have reviewed and signed off on this digital proof. For digital files, you will receive your high-resolution file within 24 hours of sign-off.
  4. Handcrafting & Packing (Physical Keepsakes): Your memory frame is carefully printed, assembled, and beautifully & safely packaged.
  5. Dispatch & Tracking (Physical Keepsakes): We dispatch your parcel via your chosen method and send you a tracking number via email/SMS so you can monitor its journey.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your specified physical address up to three (3) times. If they cannot gain access, cannot reach you via the phone number provided, and the parcel is ultimately returned to us as undeliverable, no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to re-arrange delivery.
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Our shipping partners only transit and deliver on official working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Damaged Deliveries: We carefully pack our parcels to withstand the journey, but should your package arrive with anything broken, please email a photo of the damaged product to info@replaymemoriessa.co.za within 48 hours of collection or delivery, so we can fast-track a free replacement for you.
  • Incorrect Address Details: Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. ReplayMemoriesSA is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
