Yes, absolutely. We want you to love your personalised keepsake. You will receive a digital proof of your customised layout via email to review. We will only proceed to printing and assembly once you have checked it and given us your official sign-off.

Once you have completed your order and made your payment at checkout, you will be automatically redirected to our secure media upload page where you can easily upload your photo and/or media for the Memory Vault, if you have selected the upgrade and add your optional custom text.

Yes! A digital print option is also available for your convenience. Just fill in the size you require in the provided field on the product page, and we will do the rest. As soon as the mock-up is signed off, you will receive your high-resolution digital file, ready to download and print yourself.

Because every single custom photo print is personalised and carefully packaged, our standard lead time is generally 5-7 business days, however we do offer a rushed order option at an additional fee. Delivery timelines strictly rely on a prompt design approval from your end. If there are delays in uploading your media or approving your digital layout proof, your delivery date will shift accordingly. If you live outside South Africa and would like to order a framed or printed keepsake, you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect the completed order from us. All courier arrangements, costs, customs charges, and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

No, we do not edit or alter your files. All media is uploaded exactly as you send it to us. Please ensure your videos are pre-cut to your favorite highlights and your photos are ready for upload before submitting them.

Yes. Your memories can be revisited whenever you want by simply scanning the QR code on your custom photo print.

Yes. Our QR Memory Prints are designed to work with most modern smartphones and tablets.

Because WhatsApp uses a non-standard format called .opus, you need to convert the file into an .m4a or .mp3. You can do this by using a free online file converter tool or you can play the WhatsApp voice note out loud on your phone and record it using your phone’s built-in Voice Memo app. This will save it as a .m4a or .mp3 instantly.

Yes. Your digital memory vault is hosted on a secure server and is intended for you, your family, and whoever you choose to share the QR code with. It is not searchable on public search engines.

Yes. If you would like an extra layer of privacy, password protection can be added to your Memory Vault. This is ideal for personal family memories or sensitive content. Simply request this in the special requirements field in the media upload section.

ReplayMemoriesSA guarantees that your digital gallery will remain securely hosted and accessible for a minimum period of 5 (five) years from the date of your order. Beyond this 5-year period, data retention and gallery hosting will continue indefinitely for as long as ReplayMemoriesSA remains commercially and operationally active as a service provider.

You always retain ownership. Your media is used solely to create and host your personalised keepsake.

Yes! If you want to add or change media later, you can with a small additional fee. Please get in touch with us for a custom quote.

Yes. Once your Memory Vault is live, the QR code can be scanned and viewed from anywhere in the world, provided the user has an internet connection.
