Turnaround & Delivery
Digital Downloads:
- 24 hours (excluding Replay Memory Vault)
- 48 – 72 hours (with Replay Memory Vault)
All Physical Keepsakes:
- Standard delivery (R125.00) – 5-7 business days
- Rushed orders (+ R250.00 additional fee) – Bumps your order to the front of the queue and is dispatched within 48 hours.
NB: If you require a rushed order, please read our logistics information carefully before placing a physical order:
- Johannesburg & East Rand: Local Hand-Delivery / Dedicated Courier within 1 working day after dispatch.
- Outside Johannesburg (Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, etc.): Express Courier (1 to 2 working days in transit once shipped).
Please note: We cannot personally guarantee courier transit times once it leaves our hands. If your deadline is less than 5 days away and you are outside of Johannesburg, please do NOT order a physical product. Instead, select our Digital Print-Ready File option. You will receive the high-resolution file instantly upon design approval to print locally at a shop near you (like PostNet or Jetline), completely bypassing courier risks.
